To request transcripts by mail, fill out the transcript request form and include driver's license or state ID along with a $2 processing fee (check or money order payable to: Central Union High School).

Youth experiencing challenges such as economic hardship, a change of circumstances at home causing trauma, and distress; thus, the inability to focus during school/class, contact the Central Union High School District Family Resource Center for assistance to community resources, and/or school related services.
