All students are part of caring community at Central Union High School where each member is valued and all students will grow in a positive environment. Central Union High School provides a safe, orderly and secure environment conducive to learning. We strive to create a school in which pupils will attend regularly and be safe from both physical and social-psychological health.
Youth experiencing challenges such as economic hardship, a change of circumstances at home causing trauma, and distress; thus, the inability to focus during school/class, contact the Central Union High School District Family Resource Center for assistance to community resources, and/or school related services.

Student Services will investigate incident. Interventions will be put in place if School Administration determines this is necessary to avoid further issues such as:
Student's Safety and Wellbeing is our foremost priority
Students/Families living in shelters, motels, hotels, camping grounds, or dilapidated trailers due to lack of alternative housing; Living in emergency or transitional housing; Living in cars, parks, public spaces, abandoned buildings, or substandard housing; or living in public or private places not designed for or ordinarily used a regular space to sleep. Students/Families currently doubled up with other people (families) due to loss of housing or economic hardship.
